Order & Payment
You may place an order by completing the checkout process on the Site. You are responsible for ensuring all order details are accurate before submission. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once submitted to our fulfilment team. Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. A contract is formed between you and RHYTHM when we send you an order confirmation email. Please retain your order number for all correspondence.
We may be unable to fulfil your order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we are unable to verify your payment. We will notify you in these circumstances.
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time your order is placed is the price you will be charged.
Payment is processed securely via iPay88. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, FPX, and Apple Pay. RHYTHM does not retain or process your payment card data, this is managed entirely by iPay88's secure payment infrastructure.
Subscription Terms
RHYTHM offers two subscription plans, a 6-month plan billed monthly at RM 339/month, and a 12-month plan billed monthly at RM 319/month. Subscriptions are for the complete 3-strip system (RHYTHM ALCAR + RHYTHM BANABA + RHYTHM GLUTA).
By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- A minimum of three (3) deliveries is required before a subscription can be cancelled
- After the minimum delivery requirement is met, you may cancel at any time by contacting us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date
- Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only, orders already processed cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded where your next order has not yet been dispatched.
- Changes to your delivery address or subscription details must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date
- Your subscription rate is fixed for the full term of your plan and will not change unless you cancel and resubscribe
No returns or refunds
All purchases are final. RHYTHM does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds except in the following circumstances:
- You received an incorrect item
- You received a product that is defective or damaged
If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item, contact us at hello@rhythmsync.co within 30 calendar days of your dispatch date. Include your order number and a photograph of the item. We will assess your request and respond within 3 business days. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for assessment.
